6.01 This chapter covers the topics of the powers of the tribunal to conduct the proceedings ( Article 22 ), its jurisdiction and its power to rule on its own jurisdiction ( Article 23 ), and its power to order interim and conservatory measures ( Article 25 ). 6.02 Although in one sense disparate, these provisions have a common thread, namely the overall jurisdiction of the arbitral tribunal.
