Corruption of arbitrator — Annulment — UNCITRAL Model Law — New York Convention on Enforcement of Judgments
7.01 Article 52(1)(c) provides that the annulment of an award can be requested on the ground that there was corruption on t 684444 he part of a member of the tribunal. Like improper constitution of the tribunal, this is not a commonly alleged ground. In fact, it has never been invoked.
