9.01 Like all sets of institutional rules, the LCIA Rules have gathered together rules governing some aspects of an LCIA arbitration at the end. Their relative position by reference to the rest of the Rules, and their lack of interrelationship among themselves, does not, however, make them any less important. 9.02 These provisions, gathered together in this chapter under the heading of ‘miscellaneous provisions’, in fact cover some very significant issues.
