3.01 In this chapter, we consider when the instruments came into force and to which legal proceedings they apply. We start with Brussels 2000. 3.02 The Brussels Regulation 2000 was adopted on 22 December 2000. Article 76 provides that it entered into force on l March 2002. This, however, is subject to exceptions.
