This chapter focuses on Article 34. In principle, this Article requires competent authorities to publish their decisions on administrative sanctions or other administrative measures in relation to an infringement of the Market Abuse Regulation. It prescribes neither publication of decisions imposing measures that are of an investigatory nature, nor publication of criminal sanctions. The minimum content of such publication consists of the type and nature of the infringement, as well as the identity of the person subject to the decision. With regard to the form of publication, Article 34 merely states that this publication must be made on the website of the competent authorities.
