This chapter looks at decisions on whether an act is continuing and the temporal jurisdiction of tribunals over such acts that begin before the main temporal limits addressed previously in this book—the entry into force of the obligation allegedly breached, the acceptance of the tribunal’s jurisdiction, and the period of limitation—but that continue after.
